These terms cover your use of ApplyTrac — the website, the workspace and the browser extension. Using any of them means you accept what is written here. It is short on purpose; if something below is unclear, that is a fault worth telling us about.
ApplyTrac records the job applications you submit, fills application forms with details you have given it, and shows you what happened across the whole search. It is a record keeper and an assistant. It does not apply to jobs on your behalf without you pressing a button, and it does not represent you to an employer.
You need an account, you must be old enough to enter a contract where you live, and the details you give us should be accurate. You are responsible for what happens under your login, so keep your password to yourself. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.
One person per account. Sharing a login is the fastest way to end up with someone else's work history in your resume vault.
Your resumes, profile answers, notes, contacts and application records belong to you. You grant us only the permission needed to run the service for you: to store that content, to show it back to you, and to process it so features like autofill and match scoring work.
We do not sell, rent or trade your data, and we do not use it to train AI models. The Privacy Policy sets out exactly what is stored and where.
Do not use ApplyTrac to submit applications you did not intend, to impersonate someone else, or to send content you have no right to send. Do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it to scrape or resell data about other people. Automated bulk applying is not what this is for.
The free plan is free, with the limits shown on the pricing page. Pro is billed monthly in advance through Stripe and renews until you cancel. Cancel any time from the billing portal in your settings: you keep Pro until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you are not charged again.
We do not pro-rate part-months automatically. If you cancel right after a renewal because something went wrong, email us — we would rather refund it than argue about it.
We work to keep ApplyTrac running, but it is provided as-is. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, and we do not guarantee that autofill will be correct on every form on the internet — job sites change their markup without warning. Check what has been filled before you submit. You are responsible for the contents of the applications you send.
Nothing here promises you a job, an interview, or a reply. Match scores are an estimate, not an assessment.
To the extent the law allows, ApplyTrac is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost opportunities or lost earnings. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply to you only as far as they legally can.
You can delete your account at any time from your settings, and doing so removes your data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people at risk — where we reasonably can, we will tell you why first.
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will say so in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use ApplyTrac after that means you accept the new version. Every version is dated at the top of this page.
